Payment & Booking Confirmation: Spots and room choices are on a first-come, first-served basis and are only guaranteed once the required deposit or full payment is received and processed.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All trip deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless the tour is canceled by the agency.

Travel Documentation & Visas: Travelers are solely responsible for holding valid travel documents (such as passports valid for at least 6 months past return dates, re-entry permits, or required visas).

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss is strongly recommended for all multi-day and international tours.

Itinerary & Schedule Adjustments: Trans Asian Travel & Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to schedules, boat cruises, or site stops due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Liability Waiver: By registering, participants agree that the agency and its coordinators act solely as agents for transportation, hotel, and attraction providers and are not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage during the trip.

Media Release & Marketing Consent: By booking and participating in travel, tours, or events organized by Aan Creates | Travel, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken of you and your group during the trip. By participating, you grant Aan Creates | Travel and its partners full permission and rights to use, publish, and distribute these photographs and media across our official social media channels, website, promotional flyers, and all future marketing materials without further notice or compensation.
If you or anyone in your booking party prefers not to be photographed, please inform our tour coordinator/facilitator in writing prior to the departure date.
