Photo, Video & Promotional Consent: During Aan Creates events, photos and videos may be taken for event documentation and promotional purposes, including social media, the Aan Creates website, advertisements, and future event materials. *

Vendor Attendance and Early Packing Policy *

I have read and agree to the Vendor Attendance and Early Packing Policy. I understand that if I begin packing or leave before the official closing time of 7:00 PM without the organizers’ prior approval, I will be charged a $20 early departure fee and will not be considered for the next event.
